Haiyan's Legacy

When typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines in November 2013, it killed more than 6000 people and left five million without a home. The International Red Cross put major efforts into rebuilding villages and the lives of thousands. However, the operations shed light on a people fearing more than the storms of winter.
